I just don't know if I'm doing "it" right. I mean how is this whole being an adult thing suppose to work? I'm exhausted by it! I'm exhausted by the hours I keep but I always want to do more. It shouldn't be this hard. It should be easy because I want to do fun things and work in a capacity that helps people and glorifies God however at this point people are burning me out. If I'm feeling this way at 25 and in the workforce for only 3 years how on earth will I feel in 20 years if I'm still doing this? People are exhausting! I love helping them but they don't make it easy sometimes. I wish someone would have told me that sooner. I wish there was some manual on how to deal with the ridiculousness of life sometimes. I wish the bible said specifically in large red print. "when you feel like shoving said mom off the bluff what should you do instead" I pray for patience very cautiously because I get what I ask for in most instances and not the way I had hoped for. I digress. I'm just really tired of dealing with people and I am very much looking forward to my vacation where I only have to deal with people in an airport and on a plane for a few hours and then I will be with my friends sipping cocktails by the pool.
Dear God,
Please help me get through the rest of this week with out running away screaming.
Sincerly,
Suzy 'needs a vacation' B.
